Default Pedophile mails parents letters threatening their children (and youstill think they will never reoffend)

http://cbs2.com/local/Murrieta.lette...2.1749437.html

An eight-page terrorist letter threatening to harm children was mailed
to the residents of a Murrieta neighborhood.

Residents believe it all spawned from the protest of another sex
offender that lived on their street.

Lt. Dennis Vrooman calls it a terrorist manifesto and says they are
actively investigating the threats.

"The person that supposedly authored this letter identifies himself as a
registered sex offender," Vrooman said.

It was mailed by a sex offender that's allegedly upset with the system
and the ill treatment of another sex offender whom was harassed by
residents for living in the neighborhood.

Starla Church, a resident of Hillsboro Circle, says the letter targets
everyone for the mistakes of a few people on their street.

"A lot of people were not agreeing with the violence that was shown on
this street, maybe not violence, but the disruptions, the harassment. We
weren't OK with that," Church said.

Roger Wallace wants justice.

"I would like the individual to be found and incarcerated," Wallace said.

Murrieta police will actively patrol the neighborhood and nearby
Tovashal Elementary School until school concludes and the suspect is
caught.
