Default Panasonic TX32DKI

After the tv has been on for a while the picture becomes brighter until I
can see flyback lines and it will shut down,
sometimes when I switch it on it will become slightly brighter and stay that
way until I switch it on the next time.
HELP would be appreciated thanks in advance Mick.

Bad screen adjustment pot on the flyback or a problem with the 200 volt line
dropping. Possibly adjusting the screen control on the flyback back and
forth a bit may fix it.
