Default CTC169BG5

Model no. F35750ST, symptom: shuts down when P1903 is connected to
Audio PCB, unconnected powers up. + and - voltages OK. Orginally, HV
Pulse on Collector of HOT, but no HV, and had a poping noise from the
speakers. Replaced FLY, but now shutsdown without P1903 connected.
Audio Output IC's bad?

Also vertical height overscan, any ideas?
