Help, I am getting a red image of what is playing on the screen and
then a green image of what is playing on the screen. One a couple of
inches from the other.

Almost like 3d.

Can it be fixed, usually how much, or should I buy a new TV?

Have the set professionally serviced for registration problems. Replace the
convergnece output devices, check the low value yoke return resistprs, and
touch up the cponvergence.
