Default Mits CS32509 pincushion and width

Hi. Got a Mits CS32509 here. Pincushion and / or width problem. When viewed,
pic full width, vertical lines on sides are bowed in at top and bottom,
making a roundish picture. Running pincushion control in reveals a picture,
fairly straight, but an inch narrow on sides. Entering service menu, to HWD
setting, reveals width at full. Can be narrowed but not made wider. Running
pincushion back out returns picture to rounded image.

Have checked PCC Out transistor and its various components, none check bad,
open or shorted with meter. Same with horizontal area. B+ running right at
110 volts at flyback connection. Possibly something straining under a load
perhaps?

Anyone seen something similar on one of these? Drop me a line,

Thanks, Danny
