Default Bush WS6680SIL (standby led pulsing)

I've got this set with the standby led pulsing and a buzzing sound in
one of the speakers. I've tested the secondary voltages and they are
all normal. The Line drive pulse is missing though but I've checked
around the line output stage but can't find any components faulty.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks
