I need one of the nylon gears that is used for loading/unloading
of the disc tray. It's the third gear from the motor (counting the
motor pinion as #1).

I'm not sure that this is the only problem, but it has been able to
at least read CDs and DVDs sporatically.

An identical unit, or one with the same mechanism, with broken electronics
but mechanically intact would be ideal.
