Which has better longevity: a CRT or a LCD? LCD, hands down. The backlight is normally good for about 50K, but it can be replaced with some effort. |

Someone else will probably have some recommendations, I think most of the LCD sets are pretty similar though until you get into the high end stuff or the really super cheap crap. |
