Default philips tv 21GL1452/55 -- at turn on very bright, but normal after 10 min


When i turn on this tv , it is really bright but without retrace
lines. After 10 minutes there is normal picture. Any ideas , thanks.

on your crt board there is a cap to ground on the g2 line change it
out. that should take care of your problem
