BUSH 28" TV Help with repair
I have a BUSH 28" TV W6673VPSIL
The picture is no longer widescreen all i get is a 4:3 picture with black bars at either side. I read an article some months ago as to how to repair this fault but i am now unable to locate this article. I am no technician but i am capable with a soldering iron. Any help would be gratefully appreciated as to what parts are required and where to look on the circuit boards. The more detail the better. Thank You |

I think most Bush was Vestel (11AkXX). I assume you have checked all the menus and tried different inputs to eliminate the possibility of a setup error, and have the original remote to check it with? next step power supply or scan coils/ associated components. could be bad eeprom. see www.repairfaq.org for troubleshooting tips. If none of that makes sense, then you shouldnt be poking arond inside a TV, cheaper and safer to take it to a tech. These things can be lethal to the untrained. -B. |
