Default BUSH 28" TV Help with repair

I have a BUSH 28" TV W6673VPSIL
The picture is no longer widescreen all i get is a 4:3 picture with
black bars at either side. I read an article some months ago as to how
to repair this fault but i am now unable to locate this article.
I am no technician but i am capable with a soldering iron. Any help
would be gratefully appreciated as to what parts are required and where
to look on the circuit boards. The more detail the better.

Thank You

chassis no.? I think most Bush was Vestel (11AkXX).
I assume you have checked all the menus and tried different inputs to
eliminate the possibility of a setup error, and have the original
remote to check it with?
next step power supply or scan coils/ associated components. could be
bad eeprom.
see www.repairfaq.org for troubleshooting tips.

If none of that makes sense, then you shouldnt be poking arond inside a
TV, cheaper and safer to take it to a tech. These things can be lethal
to the untrained.
