Default Help ID this TO-92?

Hi there!

I'm trying to fix a garage door opener with a Moore-O-Matic Delta-3
remote receiver. The board looks good except for a little TO-92 that
appears to have deposited some soot on a neighboring capacitor. The
TO-92 is labeled "SL 28884 F8307" -- which I haven't been able to
cross-reference anywhere. Anyone have any ideas as to what this might
be and whether it's still available? Replacement remote receivers are
$30-ish with shipping, so it's not the end of the world if I have to
replace the unit.

Thanks in advance!
