Default Sharp CF30E50 30" TV

I have a sharp CF30E50 30" crt TV i was working on for a customer that
came in with no Vertical sweep. Soldered it up. Replaced the vertical
output chip. ESR'ed in circuit around the chip and did not find anything
out of the ordinary. Worked fine for a couple of days and then it took
out the vertical output chip again. Any ideas on what could cause this?
It looked fine with no picture distortion or compression when it was
working.

Bob
