If anyone could tell me where I can locate one I would appreciate it...
This was given to me and it seems the unit is a bit old... LOL that might be a bit of an understatement... At any rate it seems to work. It seals the bags and I can hear the vacuum running, but its not sucking the air out of the bag. I'm not sure if its because I'm not operating the unit right or because its damaged. If I knew anything about the machine I would be able to figure it out. unfortunatly I have never even seen one of the newer food savers. If this one is inoperable I am thinking of investing in a newer model however, as I do have a tendency to cook more than my family can eat at one meal....lol |

They are textured so the air can flow out as the opening of the bag is being held closed. If you're using a regular plastic bag it could be your problem. |

A plastic plug? |
