Default Shimazu HPLC system Refractive Indes Detector RID-6A

Shimazu HPLC system Refractive Indes Detector

Problems with RID-6A Refractive Index Detector. There was smoke coming
out of it and two parts found that malfunctioned. Unfortunately, not
sure exactly what they are, but need to know in order to replace them.
Could anyone please help in finding out what they are?

Part numbers of the blown parts: D509 (maybe a diode), D512 (a
4-legged part)

Circuit board number: 2287/16019 F

Serial numbers: P/N 228-16043-91
S/N 627-235 5/40 KG

Any help is highly appreciated!
