Default What semiconductor is this?

Have a on-board power transistor shaped 3 lead semiconductor that I cannot
find via Google. This unit is on the output of a circuit that drives high
power relays, and is driven from a microprocessor thru a opto-isolator.

It's a gate sensitive triac and I'm sure it's used to regulate the
output stage. Here's a link to the
datasheet.http://www.datasheetarchive.com/data...pdf/21081.html
