ok it has a small issue when its cold .. when you start it up it has
squiggly horizontal
transparent lines on the screen .. . but once it warms up it is fine ... id
like to fix this thing before it does any major damage as the tv works great

Sounds as though it might have hash on one of the supply rails, when cold.
Very typical of
"on their way out" electrolytics. Time to get out the 'scope and ESR meter,
