Default Panasonic CT32SX31 BP371

This set kicks on when pwr button is depressed. My input watt meter
kicks over a little then decreases, then gives another kick as if it is
going to start (along with the HV crinkle sound) then returns to zero.
Once in a while it will kick on and stay for a few minutes, thsen go off
by itself.

Found 2 small caps in smps secondary wilth the esr meter, replaced these
and set came on o.k. several times. Thought it was fixed. Let it run 20
or so mins. and it cut off and did the same thing over again.
Start up voltage stays on as it should as long as set is plugged in.

Also suspected the start up power relay, replaced its start up
transistor and it worked ok for a short time then went into it's
intermittent operation.

Another tech, said he resoldered all connections in the H drive and
output cks and his set worked ok after that. I tried this to no avail.

Any one have a persistent problem like this with a Panasonic? If so let
me know and if you found a cure would appreciate the info.

Thanks Tom
