RCA 187 chassis vert line pairing on startup
RCA 187 chassis that has vert line pairing from top to bottom of screen for
the first couple of minutes when set is turned on. Then set works ok until it is shut off. I have changed vert IC , diode, and caps. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced  |
