Default PWR bench SCR power supply

Hi. i have a bench power supply made by PWR inc. wich has seem to stop
existing.
It seems that it was damaged by a line spike. I don't have any schematics
but i do have a good knowledge of electronics. Anyone have working knowledge
and/or any information of this unit or its manufacturer. It's a 40 vdc 200
amp variable power supply (SCR on the primary side) and the manufacturer is
PWR inc. 15305 Stony Creek Way Noblesville IN

Thank-you

grodgers:
First, with your "good working knowledge of electronics" you should open it
up and perform some basic troubleshooting, component testing, and meter
readings. If you are unable to diagnose the fault with that effort then you
should post the exact symptoms with more words than "damaged"... and the
results of your troubleshooting, component testing and meter readings.
There are a lot of knowledgeable folks on this newsgroup that can give you
repair suggestions but FIRST you have to post some better clues and more
information.
