Default RCA F19421 Ch# TX808s

Dont have a schematic, Set will turn on , Full volume, Cant turn it down.
Volume indicator on screen is at max, Cant change channels.Did notice one
big transistor TP65 is hot to touch.
Have screen, but cant get any menu items. Like its locked up in vol up. The
vol switches are. good.
Anyone have a schematic?

What happens if you run it with Volume+ removed? What are voltages
like around the 2 volume controls?

Checked the voltages on the switchesVol- 5.5vdc, vol+ was 3.5vdc, also
noticed one of the channel buttons was low, Hit them with contact cleaner
and push them all a few times, now the set works fine,
