The set have resistor r217 burn (ABL line), when power is apply the HV
does not come on and arcing was appening across this resitor, the power supply was making abnormal noise. so i have decide to replace the flyback and the resistor (10k 1/8w), then when a turn on the set whit the new flyback, some noise appen then the fuse blown f470. i replace the fuse after checking Q404(horizontal output) when power on, the relay click that it, so i have found at ic Q510 ta1316an the horizontal output of the ic is very to low (pin26 40mvp-p)vcc voltage is 9 volts. I think with the new flyback and resistor the ic as gone bad i will like to replace it but i am affraid to blow the ic again, does anyone have something about this HD set. There are two common causes for the ABL line parts to blow and arc
across. 1. Bad flyback, or broken flyback ground. 2. Air in the crt, most common cause I have seen!!!!!! |
