Anyone know anything about Electrohome T.V.'s??

EH8099 Orion CRT & chassis, distorted sound
both channels, in stereo, mono is ok. Think it's the
surface mount stereoprocessor IC. Are they common?
Don't see Electrohome (new units), very often.
