Datasheets for obsolete Toshiba part
Today I got an email from the Toshiba tech support saying the part for which
I want a datasheet is obsolete and they don't have the sheet anymore. (Bad Toshiba, bad, bad, bad. In the kennel, no walkies for you tonight...) The part is a TCD5381AP area ccd sensor, used in a webcam I take apart to build a specialised underwater camera. Does anyone have, or know where I might find, a copy of this datasheet? |
