Narco -- National Aviation Radio Company, Wings Field, Ambler PA.

The Escort was brought out to compete with the Genave (General
Aviation Radio Company, Indianapolis IN) A-200 which was the first all
solid-state general aviation transceiver. This was sometime around
1970.
