Default robb ROM, MCU other chips ?

i n=know you can't see the pin out and its no sub for schematic
but it shows the chip involved in the ROM/MCU interactions.

the SRM and or ROM should have a large data section with stored
patterns for controling stepper motors in precise patterns so i
thought alot of these chips were there for that tasks ... to get
the data for the patterns out to the stepper controlers.
