I don't know if I read what you said about Plame, but here
is a excerpt from that article that pretty well sums up its
content:

(begin excerpt)
Bates stressed in his ruling that the couple's allegations
"pose important questions relating to the propriety of
actions undertaken by our highest government officials," but
that he had to dismiss the claims for jurisdictional reasons
and so would not express an opinion on their merits.

He also ruled that his court lacks the power to award
damages for the claims about public disclosure of private
information about Plame, because the couple has not yet
exhausted other remedies in seeking compensation from the
appropriate federal agencies for those alleged violations.
(end excerpt)

Propriety: the customs and manners of polite society.

If the left wants to make 'rudeness' a legal 'offense' then they best
be prepared to spend eternity in court as defendants.

[snip]

What I'm looking forward to is culmination of the left's insistence on
reviving the "fairness doctrine".

Then the leftist video and newspaper media will have to allow
rebuttals.

The right will just move to subscription radio where they'll have no
problem getting sponsors, while the left will flounder with no one to
support such crap as Al Franken.

Bwahahahaha ;-)

On the bus its better to lean forward and eject the gas out your "coin slot"

result in a satisfying rasp.

My reading comprehension must be seriously damaged, could you
point out where in the article that it was implied, or stated,
that she set up the whole scenario herself?

All I saw was the judges ruling that it was normal for persons

and that the case was out of the court's jurisdiction.

There's no evidence it that article that Plame had anything to do with
Wilson's investigation, conclusions and subsequent article.

Another article (posted elsewhere in this thread) indicates that she did
nothing more than suggest her husband to CIA officials as a possible
consultant in their investigation.

Not everything is a conspiracy to undermine the administration's

My reading comprehension must be seriously damaged, could you
point out where in the article that it was implied, or stated,
that she set up the whole scenario herself?

All I saw was the judges ruling that it was normal for persons
in high political office to discuss such things with the press,
and that the case was out of the court's jurisdiction.

How is it that everyone forgot who actually named her? Or that the
prosecutor was told early in the investigation who it was but went after
Libby anyway? Or that she was working at a desk because she had been outed
years before, so the law in question didn't apply? Or that her husband, who
actually was working overseas outed himself when he published his story in
the NYT instead of submitting a written report to his superiors? Or that he
claimed to have submitted a report and the 9-11 Commission determined that
he lied?

Leftist weenies are not only humorless, but are deep into
Alzheimer-like denial as well.

I'm not forgetting any of that, I just asked how Jim came to the
conclusion he did from reading the article he posted. I read it,
and my synopsis is above. I may have missed something in the article,
and was asking to be clued in.

Jim, I'm as conservative as you, perhaps more. Stop the name calling,
and answer my question.

So what do you call the current Congress? With a performance rating
LOWER than GWB.

Dirty Harry Reid's performance is beneficial to Republican candidates
