Im have been looking for the jaguar site to download the user manuals

Im assuming you have a Gloworm Jaguar 23 (formerly 24ktv15)

This boilers Gas Council number is 47-047-16

Gloworm number is 01773 828300

tell them your boiler GC number and request a copy of the users instructions and fitting instructions
