I agree about getting out quick, for peace of mind if nothing else.
Trouble is, the market here's kinda bad at the moment. Nobody around

Add the phrase "guaranteed out of range of any tropical storm".
That will either make it sell, or goad someone into burning it
down in a fit of fury. Either way, you're all set..
