I think the OP posted this in plain text so the choice of font is yours.

I usually use a fixed width font - he didn't, so unless I can be
bothered to try different proportional fonts to see which one makes it
line up it isn't going to display properly.

In OE: ViewText sizefixed font

should make it all happen.

Fortunately I don't use Outlook Express.
