You're missing the point here, Albert. All you had to do was return the TV
in the same condition as you bought it, untampered with that is, and
they'd
have given you a refund, no hassle at all.

OF course thats a lie, they initially refused to return it, had I not done
my homework
I would still have the faulty TV. However I had done my homework.

You have chosen to make a rod for your own back. You prefered to whine
about
a shop before they even had the chance to offer you a refund or
replacement,
and now that they have done so, you still aren't happy.

They didn't offer me one I had to insist, a more spinelss person would have
got nothing
