Be sure to tell them you tampered with the TV, seeing as how you're
straight
up and honest, and Currys are allegedly conmen.

Well if you don't think they are conmen go and buy a Ferguson FTV210N from
them ( Currys UK) and put your money where your big mouth is.
I would be interested to hear your view of them after you had purchased one,
but no doubt will come up with some lame excuse for not doing so,
