I tried to post this once, but did not see it show up so i did it again.

I have three customer year 2003 ford factory E350 (3C2T-19B132AC)
AM/FM/CASSETTE units in for repair all with the same problem. The rotary
encoder/switch volume control is self destructing. This unit does not
mount by its shaft, but mounts to the face PC board direct. So far, i
have found NO source
for ford parts now. Any one have a suggestions?
If all else fails, its off to Ebay for a core hunt.
