I am using Alun Jones in Mold, I have been happy so far. I know he
goes out to those areas.

As you are likley to be into Building Regs teritory, this won't be a
cheep job. The building Regs guys cost you about 10% of the build
cost, then you have a few hundered each for the architect to draw the
pictures, and the enginner to do the sums .......
