Apparently there is a class action suit against Toyata in the US now on
the grounds that real users are finding the 60+ mpg advertising claims
unachievable in real world conditions.


Auto Expresses long term Prius returned 65mpg. So that suit will fail.
Probably taken up by a competitor in false clothing. A common thing in the
USA.
