I am not about stupid estate agents. A developers has a mixed bag of 50-50
eco and non-eco on the same development for the same price and similar spec.

The non-eco ones to the majority of people. This is the whole point.

This is like the famous joke about the boss who interviews three
candidates to be his secretary. All of them have a superb range of
skills in different areas of the job.
