The "duct connections" for both look pretty much identical, it's just the
location that is different. See interspersed:

Hello,
What does the "duct" connection on the Packaged Heat Pump look like?

see below

Or how big/small/size/shape/material is the duct connection?

Size depends on the needs of the space (as in, a Manual J caluclation) ...
shape/material is up to the contractor, we use insulated round sheet metal
ducts.

What size/shape ducts (in the house) does it feed?

See above

Can the ducts from a Split Unit (or other kind of central furnace/air
conditioner)
be used?

Not sure what you're asking here - do you mean you are scavanging ductwork
from a split system, or are you changing out a split system with a package
unit - but generally speaking you'll have to rework your duct system if you
go from one system type to another. Going from split to package without
reworking ductwork is always a bad idea ... either you have to oversize the
equipment to get some form of airflow, or you have end up with poor
performance.

Where can i see pictures of the duct-work hooked up on a Packaged Heat
Pump?
