Ah well, atm, there are no regulations relating to the emissions
of mercury from crematoria, but change is upon us...

The new regulations stipulate a maximum level of mercury
emissions, which will necessitate the installation of specialist
scrubbers, which cost lossa dosh - however, these scrubbers reduce the
output levels to way below the required limits.

The newly "clean" crematoria can then sell their unused quota of
allowable emissions to other crematoria, which have not installed the
new scrubbers...

I'm sure that that must make sense to somebody :-)
