Wow, nice electricity price. How much for the flat anual water fee?

Without going into the invoice pile, I recall that it is
$120 or $180 per year for a single dwelling. Enough for us
because we don't waste/use a lot of water, but for people
who want everything to be green ans clean (cars, driveways),
it is not enough.
