Bookman's original idea was for an award, but it could work as an
office, which would measure seasonal impotence, and would be taken away
if someone more impotent comes along. Some of the AUK offices overlap
awards - Village Idiot/Foam Duck, Darth Bawl/Drama Queen, Kooki Info
Min/T&F (somewhat).
