Canada signs protocol to fight 'cyberhate'

STRASBOURG, France (AP) -- Canada became the first non-European
country Friday to sign up to combat "cyberhate," the online
dissemination of xenophobic propaganda.

It's not nice to hate xenon. Commoners dislike it because it's a
noble gas, but it's non-reactive so it doesn't notice.
