I once had the pleasure, many years ago, to read the back of some invoices
made by an electrician. One of his terms read "The user / owner of the
installation / repair, detailed overleaf, is fully responsible for its
continued maintenance if this invoice has been paid in full."

I suppose many different meanings could be drawn from such a disclaimer.
