No, because the concept that 100% of the population could get 100% of
their spellings correct is untenable (no matter how hard they try or
you teach). ;-)

And (as was mentioned elsewhere in this thread) nice / important (to
some) the ideal might be, who want's to spellcheck the usenet ..... ?
