I have to admit - that's the way it works, I had one tape arrive with
the first 10 minutes blank. I had a new (and I mean new) tape in
three days. A first class operation.

want to be treated as a customer, so that's how TVR works.
Sorry you had a bad experience with another vendor, but I think you'll
find that we're a lot different.
