$50 a month for heating and cooling ??? They must have
figured out a brand new way to heat water for the
laundry or dish washer.

At the VERY cheap rate of .08 per kwh, that works out
to 625 kwh per month for heat or cooling.

I don't think my home would be that low if "nobody"
was living there.

I assume these homes are NOT total electric ???
