Hello,

Has anyone ever replaced a Maytag refrigerator wide-by-side (Model
#MZD2766GEW) water inlet valve? If so, is it easy to replace or is it
something that you would recommend be replaced by a qualified service
person? If it is easy to replace, would you be able to provide me with
steps on how to do it?

My refrigerator's water inlet valve apparently busted during a recent
move. Whenever I try to dispense water from the refrigerator's door,
water begins to leak at the water inlet valve. I noticed that there's
a crack on it.

I've done a little research on the Internet and it appears that the kit
I would need is Valve Kit - Double Outlet P/N: 12001414
(http://www.pcappliancerepair.com/refer-maytag.shtml#wiv). Is this
correct?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
