Irony. It's not meant in a mean vein, so
I would say it's really irony. But the
point is valid, folks try to do all *kinds*
of stuff when driving. Some of it is downright
hazardous to other road users, and so has been
made illegal.

In NY state, that includes the use of hand-held
cell phones while driving.
