I can't remember who it was.. maybe Abraham Lincoln? Said "only way we
can keep this under control is if we revolt every 7 years and TAKE
control again". This was from someone who had just been through a
revolution. Understood the motivation, events leading up to, and
aftermath of that revolution. He knew what he was talking about.
