There's a large dairy farm just over the hill.
If the wind is right, the stink and the ammonia makes
your eyes water. On any nice foggy morning we will
generally hear the sound of a tractor working,
somewhere on his fields. Can't see it, but the smell
gives it away. Guess what he is doing.


Hertfordshire is down to about 6 dairy farms in total so not much of an
issue here.
