Thanks for that.

I acutally found something on the councils website today that said that the
proposal (whether rejected or passed) does not require antoher fee for
something that is the substantially the same work.

Although the new proposal is better, it is more money to do, more money for
new calcs and I ddint wnt to get stung for a new building notice as well !

Not quite - but I don't see your case as requiring another fee. If you
had
asked the BCO to do the calcs from your plans ("Full Plans") then that
would
be a different matter altogether.
