He needs to admit he has the mental health disorder described below and

I belive he has a lot to offer but his mental illness is robbing him of
being able to convey much of what he knows as he has turned off almost
everyone with the approach that is described perfectly in the link
above.

Make no mistake.... he is a very smart man in many ways but will never
get respect using the communication methods that his mental illness
causes.
